Thank you, Tina.

Although I don't especially like the idea of the banners in the first place, there's another way to look at them. Make it a lot better looking as far as the the USGenWeb Project part of it, perhaps with a very small logo or at least some color and decent font. The one that you show looks rather like some of my first attempts at graphic design and doesn't sit well with me at all. The 'Land of Free Genealogy needs to be rethought. It doesn't make a lot of sense. Why not use the statement on the main national page? "Keeping Internet Genealogy Free"

That way we would have our own 'branding' of the page as a part of the national project. How many times have we heard that the project needs to be 'prominently displayed' on state and county pages?? This would solve that at one go for any of them on Rootsweb....
