Ferry mentions MARRS Mill road. HENDRICK vs NOWELL [NEWELL?] continued.
Additional inventory of Josiah HARRIS returned. Inventory of Jno HAWKINS
returned. Alex'r EVANS appt. surveyor of Columbia Road from top of hill
near DABNEY's Spring opposite BISHOP's old place. Deed from Henry CRUTCHER
& Wm LOGAN on behalf of infant heirs of Lewis PATRICK decd to John PATRICK.
Deed from W LOGAN & John McFERRAN re the above to John DYSON Jr.

Road report from forks of the road near the PUCKETT's to Henry HALEY by
consent of Wm MURPHY - Robert JAMESON appt surveyor. Clerk to bind to Saml
JORDAN: Benjamin HARRIS & Flemming HARRIS to learn brick making and laying.
Wm H NELSON certified to the Judges that he is a man of honest probity and
good demeanor. Michael BRANSTATER [BRANSTETTER] appt guardian to Peter &
Henry BRANSTATER; securities with Henry YAKY and Wm ANDERSON. Mary
BRANSTATER appt guardians to Elizabeth, Liddia and Susan BRANSTATER,
orphans of Michael; bond with Wm J PACE & Obediah WHITE. Adam BRANSTATER
appt guardian to Frederick BRANSTATER, orphan of Michael; bond with John
CARTER.

Mary BRANSTATER, widow of Michael, ordered that John S GEE, Phillip V
YOUNG, Robert MILLER and Hugh SMITH to lay off the land etc. Abner HAMILTON
made motion that Edm'd ROGERS, David LYON, Andrew BEARD and Cuthbert
HARDING (any 3) review part of the Old Saltworks Roadfrom HARDY's Smithshop
to JOLIFF's. Ezekiel NEWLIN made motion that Lemuel SHOCKLEY, Benjamin
BOWLES, Samuel DOUGLASS & James CARTER (any 3) review the road from
Marrowbone to CROW's old place where it passes thru land of Ezekiel NEWLIN
and make report.

Same men to review road passing from Hugh SMITH's to CROW's old place and
make report. James BRANDON, James FIELD, Benjamin PINKLEY and Wm LOWRY (any
3) view for a road from Tho FLIPPIN's to the sttate line passing by SNOW's
Ford. Saml BELL and Edmund HALL sworn in as Deputy Sheriff's undser Thomas
DICKEN's [DICKINSON], Sheriff. Nancy HINDMAN, widow of R HINDMAN granted
letters of administration of his estate; bond with Wm L MURPHY, Wm MURPHY
and Clabon HARLOW. Inventory of Charles JEWELL returned.

Jacob LOCK, Thomas FORGUSON, Michael W HALL and John MURPHY (any 3) to
appraise estate of personal estate and slaves if any of Robert HINDMAN,
decd. Simeon LEWIS made motion that the surveyor resurvey 200 acres entered
in the name of John KIRTLY. List of Commissioners to take list of taxable
property. Andrew ASH appt surveyor of road from state line to Punchin Camp
Creek as far as the Barren River - Reuben COCKRIN appt surveyor of same
road from the river to the intersection of HALL's Ferry to the Courthouse.

John MOSS appt surveyor of the road from CRENSHAW's lower mill,
interesection the road from the courthouse to AMOS's Ferry. Joel YANCY and
Benjamin BUSTER to allot hands leading rfrom the mill intersecting the road
from the courthouse to the Warren Co courthouse- passing by Pilot Knob
'[Cave City area]. Two writs of ad quad damnums through NEWELL and BERRY's
land quashed. Adjourned
