Hi Lindy,
In Shiela O'Byrne Spencer's book British Settlers in Natal 1824-1857 Vol. 7
page 255 an Alfred Wesley KERSHAW ( son-in-law of James CHIVERS) is
mentioned as 'doing the books' for a company C.and H. GRIFFIN. In the
index for the British Settlers there is a William Thompson KERSHAW on the
list.
