Hi Leith,
I have transcribed many of the birth certificates for 1895 (the only year
for which birth certificates have been filmed by the LDS). Do you have any
idea where your father was born? So far, the only WARD I have on my database
is one in Matatiele, but I will have to look it up to see if the child's
name is given.
