Hi Pamela,

On NAAIRS I saw the following reference to NELSON estates. No names are
given, so you will have to get it looked up to see if it will help.

Kind regards,

Subject: WOULD THERE HAVE BEEN A DEATH NOTICE IN THE PAPER

Hello List,
I would like to know if there was possibly a death notice in the paper
in East London, South Africa for a Frederick William Nelson and Johanna
Elizabeth Nelson who died within six weeks of each other in 1937.

Johanna Elizabeth Nelson Died August 19, 1937 In East London, South
Africa. and Frederick William Nelson died on October 6, 1937 in East
London, South Africa.

Is there some kind soul that could look up the old newspapers in East
London, South Africa to find out if there were any death notices in the
paper please.
I am having trouble finding out more about my Husbands Grandparents and
would like to know who their parents were. I know that my mother in law
Alice Groves their daughter was 17 years old when her parents died, My
mother in law told us that she also had a sister die in 1937 but do not
know when and what her name was? She could have been married but have no
idea who to? I know she died of Addison Disease and she was 26 years
old, but nothing else, she did say her name was Johanna but I have since
found out her sister Johanna did not die until 1979?
If anyone can please help me I would appreciate it.
Thank you in advance for any information I might receive.
Kind Regards
Pamela J Groves
