Legacy Family Tree program by Millenia Corp may have the answer. Their
latest update/newsletter of July 12th describes such a program. I cannot
provide links due to ignorance, but I will type the link just as they have

Val, it seems we share an interest in the Wedderburn family. I am
currently battling to find the truth about Ann Quail, whether born in Bootle
or the Isle of Man. Whether married in Liverpool or Manchester, and even
her true dates of birth and marriage. If you have any ideas, let me know.
