Yes, according to the records here (Makin's ms notes on Sephton's
party) William was the son of William and Ann Lee and was married
to Louisa Bond in Grahamstown on 5 April 1827.

As you say, Louisa's brother had a rather odd name, usually spelt as
"Comphries", but sometimes as "Comphrey".
