Hi Robert,

You can find them on microfilm at your local FHC (in the Mormon Church-or
Church of Latterday Saints). There are microfilms that have marriages
indexed by year. You can order those first and then order the film with the
actual certificate on it. If you already know the date of the marriage,
sometimes you can skip the index and just go directly to the film with the
certificate.

If you can be more specific about names and dates, I may be able to walk you
through the process.
