Hi Bernie, This is a 20 page chapter, but I have not seen the name Cramer.
Very interesting, full of photos which will be too long for email. Send me
you postal address and I will get this off to you. and this is an answer to
your question " Before even the first train ran from Cape Town to Wellington
in 1861 the Wynberg Railway Company came into being.......completed
construction and opened to traffic 19 December 1864....."
