Hi Sharon,
My Legacy program has a built in reminder that you can apply to do
just that, mine I have set to tell me that it is " now 11pm and I must
close down the computer and go to bed." and pops up every 15mins if I
ignore it.
Regards,
Bernie.

Friend - it was a very sad tale about a young girl who would not go
out to play any more because her parents bought a TV.

and the internet - until I started searching for ancestors. I'm sure
there is nothing negative about broadening one's horizons, but you
know when your feet start swelling because you've been sitting
engrossed for 2 hours that you're beyond helping yourself.

facility on the internet that can pop up every 20 minutes telling you
to stretch and take a break? If there isn't I'm going to patent one,
together with an aromatherapy bomb that goes off every time you hit
the right key and an ergonomic mouse that can transform into a back
massager...
