I'm not sure that Union Castle lines exist any more - have you tried a Google
search.?
But South Africa magazine has such lists.
Some years ago I went to the National Library in Pretoria and transcirbed all
entries I found that might be connected to my research. Here is a list of
what I have for 1903. It shows what a rich source South Africa magazine is.

An Ixopo correspondent writes with reference to the recent
demise of Mr Thomas Foster, that he was a native of Carlisle
and arrived in Natal in the year 1867. Shortly afterwards he
took up farming, and became one of the largest and most
prosperous farmers in the Colony. Mr Foster was twice married
and is survived by a widow, a son, Mr James Foster, farmer,
Stainton, and his two daughters, the eldest being the wife of
Mr W.H. Sutton, farmer, Howick, and the youngest the wife of
Mr Fred. L. Thring, solicitor, and the stepchildren being Mr
Alexander Keith, farmer, Norwood, Ixopo, Mr William Keith,
and Mrs Platt, the wife of the well-known district surgeon of

The death is announced of Mr Samuel Loxton, son of the late
Henry Loxton, of Newcastle, Natal, in Johannesburg Hospital.
Deceased was attached to the Intelligence Department during
the war, under Colonel Henderson, and was awarded the DCM. He
was also the originator of Loxton's Horse, at the request of
