I have waited about 8 years now to find a moment or two, to reproduce this
book, and its supporting booklets. As with all my book reproductions so far,
the second updated version, is by far the most accurate, probably a 99% or
higher accuracy of text of the original document. In the case of 'Roll of
Past and Present Members', the first released digital book contains many
minute errors, and have now been corrected. I have spent all my spare time
in the last three days or so, to finely tune these documents, but must
confess, that these files should/must be downloaded again by interested
parties, and have made about 50 or more corrections. You will have to look
hard to find them, but they are all there. I have no help doing these books,
so I will have to blame any errors on me old age....

forty-five needs to be moved and inserted between page forty-seven and page

been found, and corrected, it seems, I hope.... The URL's for these
documents are intended for "Private Distribution" and should only be given
out by myself. The URL's so far have not yet been changed.... I must admit
too, that this document seemed to attract quite some attention across the
Globe, and a distribution to nearly 100 people within 7 days of its
announcement. It is not necessary to request a copy of this book/s in more
