Thanks Jo-anne. I actually received the tip-off about Virginia VAN ZYL from
Neville PERRY who is the author of the book. He had made a comment in
pencil in the margin of his rough notes and I would not have received the
information if he hadn't taken the trouble to go to his source documents at
my request, because it is not mentioned in his book.
