For problems downloading the Pioneer book, I have uploaded a zipped version,
which should overcome any problems using IE and the Adobe plug-in. The URL
will remain the same, except the file name will change from .pdf to .zip
.... EMail me again if you are not sure, and I will resend this URL to you.
The text in the book is small, but so is the original texts. Use the Adobe
zoom / magnifying glass to make the digital book more readable. The text is
quite close to the original texts etc. I have not yet printed out this
document myself, so let me know of any problems etc. There are 2-3 letters
in 'red', which I can not read at all in the original book, and have assumed
the letter in red to be correct. One date is written as (189?), the original
document gives no date at all for some reason. I will try to find these out,
and make those corrections in a future update of the book. One main
difference between this book andd the original, is that the dates in () are
placed straight after the persons name, whereas, the replica has the dates
in () nicely right-aligned in the columns. Please do let me know of any
'''possible''' spelling errors etc.
