You might try the local Agricultural officers that they have stationed
in the smaller towns (ring Dept of Agriculture here to get their names
and phone numbers), the local Water Affairs office to find the nearest
Water Affairs person closest to Kabbeljousrivier, and the provincial
(Cape Provincial?) nature conservation offices ditto.

Seymore)
and Wolwehoek (near Marquard) or Kabeljouwsrivier (near Humansdorp)
