I looked through the Fourie family in SA Genealogies 2, and found only two
named Thomas Frederi(c)k (p.348):

Thomas Frederik =4.9.1808 x Magdalena Susanna Jacoba Welgemoed

and their son

Thomas Frederik * 2.2.1843

There are a number of references in the SA Archives, see
