Hi Joan
Join the club! I now go to the properties of the document, use the message
source command and copy this. Then I submit it to Spam Cop. They send me an
email back, I go to the link and they have scanned through and picked up
every computer/server etc involved in the message and once I OK it they mail
all the administrators. I have also tried using blocked senders and message
rules and I seem gradually to be getting less. They are mostly to do with
investments, mortgages, loans, some products and some of a sexual nature -
usually selling some product or someone. The web site is www.spamcop.net and
from there you can read about it. If you are just reporting, which is what I
do, then it's free. They have other paid services. Not sure whether they
cater for the Mac users.
Kind regards
Tessa
