Hi List Members,

I am totally overwhelmed by the number and promptness of the friendly responses to my immediate need to know what programme I should use for my genealogy study and I thank you all very much. I don't wish to hurt anyone's feelings by giving full details of the result, but I can say that one particular programme stands out as the clear favourite out of 17 suggestions from 13 responses, and is the one I shall probably take up. However if any one would like to know I will reply personally.
