Like you, Dafanie, I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for this
site. I have not been doing this for long, but almost all my successes
started with this site. I did grow up in South Africa, but had no interest
in genealogy then, unfortunately. Now there are too few family members
still alive, and accessible to me, for me to get far with them. Without
this site I would not get far at all. Thanks a million to those who helped
set it up, and even more to those wonderful people who take the time to do
look ups for those of us who live so far away now.
If I could ever help anyone with anything here in Ontario, just ask.
