I have been considering trying to add digital photos of memorials to my
"Roll of Honour" site at http://www.lib.sun.ac.za/roh/ and I was
wondering whether anyone knows if there is any other project to
photograph memorials or graves, and if there isn't whether there would
be any interest from this community for it.. Of course, I would love to
have people where-ever they are in SA take photos of the memorials near
them so that I could add them to my site.. As a (very small) example,
look at
http://www.lib.sun.ac.za/roh/roh.exe?MenuItem=Person&PersonNumber=1756
to see if from the point of view of the person record, but I want to add
the memorial information itself, where there would be a cross-referrence
to all the people whos names appeared on the memorial..

Ideas/suggestions etc would be much appreciated..
