May I suggest that you give any information that you may already
have of your family, including dates (approximate), places where
they lived, occupation, families with which they are associated,
etc. It is just possible that one of us might spot a link with a
family that is already documented. For example, there was quite
a well-known family of Quin/Quinn who were based in Fort Beaufort
in the 1880's and there are several instances of the name in
Grahamstown records.
