Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this issue - I have been out
of the office until today.

At the risk of sounding sarcastic in response to this message - please read
the message at the end of the original message sent to the list by Bev
Nelson, (the portion of the message below marked with > and saying 'South
Africa Mailing List' and tell me if that doesn't answer the suggestion made
by Bev?

This is not a new addition to the messages at the end of messages - it has
been appended since this option was introduced at least two years ago.

Why some emails have messages appended and others not, I can't say because I
don't know.
