KAB is Cape Archives Depot, Cape Town.
MOOC is Master Of Orphan Chamber, which handles deceased estates.

I got the reference at the SA Archives site,
http://www.national.archives.gov.za/
Click on "Search ..." on the left of the page, choose "RSA" as the data base.
I searched on Coyle AND Sarah.
