For South Africa the National archives have a website, have you located
this?

The info. came out of NAAIRS - Data of SA Genealogical Society.
Are these records available to everyone?

The other question to the list : Do you have a national index on
births/marriages/deaths in
South Africa on a year by year basis - a bit like we have here in New
Zealand or St. Caths/GRO
in the UK?
