Found this snippet in the SA Encyclopedia - Moneypenny not too common so thought it might be
of interest.

"Daniel Theron, born Cape in 1870, settled about 1891 in Transvaal and practised in Krugersdorp
as a law agent. Came into the news for assaulting W P MONEYPENNY, editor of the Star
for certain allusions in his pages, allegedly insulting to womanhood"

The mind boggles!
