In the SA Archives there is a death notice (1902) for Peter Richard DRUMGOLD.

Also, a referece to a war memorial in Johannesburg:
Boer War Memorial, Saxonwold, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Cpl. R Drumgold. Died between 1899 and 1902. Member of Johannesburg Mounted
Rifles.

hi,we have a couple of missing drumgold's that have disappeared of the
british genelogy map. i spotted an r drumgold on a South African war memorial
web page. we have one of that initial missing and also h.we have reference
of drumgold back to 1829
