Stop the rot - renationalise Telkom and the Post Office NOW!
Privatisation seems to have had the effect of making comunications less
efficient and more expensive, not only in RSA, but also in other parts of the
world. Technological improvements have offset that to some extent (like e-
mail).
But this is really getting off the subject of genealogy!
