I looked for the book for some time with no success. Eventually I contacted
the Institute for Historical Reasearch at the University of the Western Cape.
They made and sold me a photocopy. (They own the copyright.)
You can find the University's web site by searching at www.google.com
If you need further help, contact me off the list.
Best wishes
Keith
