Yes I too regret this exclusiveness. It's no use my asking to be invited
because I don't have the language. I have a little dictionary and have in
the past painfully done some translations enough to get the gist of the
message. I have a whole raft of Afrikaans cousins connected and descended
from the same early English
Settler.....So.....well I dunno! Cast adrift now I guess.
I have had such a goldmine of help from this group. Please let's not lose
all that. I used to belong to a yorkshire group where backbiting and
shouting became unbearable and it was like a breath of heaven to come here.
