Erol, excellent article, you forgot to mention, while trying to obtain
documents, you need Revenue Stamps of R4.50 per document, (that was the
going price Nov. 1998) and when you hand them your list of names, they look
at you like you have just "killed" them with overwork. They tell you 5
documents that first day, that's if they feel up to it. It took them 10
days to give me 5 documents back in 1998. Up to today, they still owe me
another 10 documents, for which I have paid, I have written them numerous
times and they just ignore my requests. So good luck.
