Dear list,

I am trying to find out anything about Ethel and James Gray. I know they were Mayor and Mayoress of Johannsburg and that they had a park named after them. It is possible that Ethel Gray who I think was born Ethel Cooper in London is a great Aunt of mine. I only have family stories that she went to South Africa and was Mayoress when Queen Elizabeth visited about 1953.
