April, I think this sounds great. Except that the book I have weighs 2kgs
and therefore would be prohibitive postage. I have just had the book
photocopied. If you give me your snailmail address I could send a duplicate
page to you. If that quality is good enough quality I could get the whole
thing sent that way..
I also have several fairly rare book which I am sure are now out of print.
However they have been reprinted by various historical societies. What about
copyright? I do have the originals, not the facsimile reprints.
