Hi there

I had located an entry in a newspaper announcing the marriage of my
greatgrandfather in South Africa

WASLEY - HIGMAN.-At Cape Town, Feb 13 1895, by special license, George Henry
WASLEY, of Johannesburg, second son of the late Martin WASLEY, of O'okiep
mine, Namaqualand, to Elizabeth Grace (Bessie) HIGMAN, second daughter of
John HIGMAN, of Lower Anderton, near Plymouth.

Could anybody tell me where I might be able to get a certificate or just
more information. We believe that Martin WASLEY actually died at O'okiep
Mine.
