Colin

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's still busy trying to penetrate the
mysteries of the Windows environment, even after a few years' exposure. I've
always been intimidated by messages that ask me to elect to open a document
in some or other program, which paralyses me, because there are so MANY
options! The choices are bewildering.

I'm awaiting my first STAIRS download. Do you mean I should/could open the
records in EXCEL? I'm not familiar with spreadsheets (but I learn fast).
I've never realised that you can elect to open a document in multiple
formats. I feel so ignorant, despite being a WP user going back to the steam
age & beyond -- remember golfball typewriters?

But the one thing I've learned over the years: never be afraid to ask a
'stupid' question! How else do you get past being stupid?
