Ken & Jennifer, thank you for the details of this book. Both my South
African friend in London & myself would be very interested in obtaining a
copy - the James FAIRBAIRN mentioned in the original posting is her great
uncle. If anyone can find a copy for sale (or even two!) we can pay by S
African cheque or whatever....all the references I have below. Would be SO
grateful!
