I have the entire set of Van Riebeeck Society, 2nd series. There is no dust
jacket on vol. 11. They only started putting on dust jackets
the past 10 years or so.

I have just been offered a copy of E Ross's 'Diary of the Siege of
Mafeking', published in 1980 as volume 11 of the Second Series of the
Van Riebeck Society publications. It does not have a dust jacket.

Does anyone know if the Van Riebeck Society Series came originally
with dust jackets or not?
