John Foley ,40, Carpenter, was a member of Parker's 1820 party, with his
wife Barbara, 33, and children Mary 10, Joanna 8 and Thomas 5.

This is from The Settler Handbook, MD Nash. There is no mention of O'Burn.

You may want to look in Irish Settlers to the Cape, by GB Dickason.
