Can you perhaps clarify the following:

VAB MHG V1388 (1901) is the DN of a Maria Adereana Elizabeth Viljoen who
died in the RFC Bethulie on 29 December 1901, parents unknown. Her age
is given as [38y], this gives a calculated birth date of ca. 1863. This
death notice was co-signed by a J C Venter who presumeably was her son
who subsequently also died in the RFC Bethulie. It is also signed by S
Cole-Bowen the supt of the RFC. Her husband is given as Johannes Andries
Venter of Koppiesfontein, Fauresmith.

However, in the estate there is also a second DN signed by her husband
Johannes Andries Venter, after the War where he gives her names as Maria
Magdalena Viljoen daughter of Joshua Petrus Viljoen & Machteld Johanna
van Niekerk. Her age is given as [38y10m26d] (this could also be
[35y10m26d]) which gives a calculated birth date of 3 February 1866.

In you book Viljoen-Familieregister on page 339, neither of the two
abovementioned names are given as a daughter of Josua Petrus Viljoen &
Machel Johanna van Niekerk.

There is however given a daughter (the fourth child), Maria Barbara
Adriana Elisabet born 3 March 1863.

Could you kindly clarify her correct given names for me please.
