Dear listers

Can anyone help? I have been trying to locate the death notice of my Gfather (Vernon Jenner Hensley) who died in 1971 in King Williams Town.

The archives in Cape Town say its too recent, try the supreme court.
Cape Town supreme court say try Grahamstown supreme court.
Grahamstown supreme court say try East London supreme court.
East London supreme court say try home affrairs in King Williams Town who's listed number is not working at the moment althought I will keep trying.

Does anyone have any other ideas???
