Hallo to all on the List,

General:
I'm doing research on the family "HURTER" and would appreciate any
information that you can share with me in this regard.

Specific:
My Grand father, Wynand, Petrus, Cornelius Hurter was born 04-05-1895 in
the Eastern Cape (maybe P.E.). My Grand mother was Cora, Harriet, Farnell
Janse van Rensburg, born 11-09-1892. She was first married to a Mr Janse
Van Vuuren, after his death she married my Grand father. They left the
Eastern Cape by ox-wagon for the East Rand and on this trek my father was
born in the veld near Somerset East (1927). My Grand Father had brothers
and sisters; I would like to know more about his family.
