Greetings all. my first request to this group.

I am trying to trace the families of Macdougall and Belling.

Robert Ian Macdougall married Lesley Finchum Macdougall (nee Games).

They lived in Durban from about 1920 to at least 1940, and had two
children:
1) Patricia
2) Kenneth Ian - born 17 Jan 1922
Both Robert and Lesley died in Johannesburg, dates unknown but
probably in the 1970's sometime.
I need dates of birth, marriage, arrival in South Africa, etc.

William Charles Belling married Ann van Dyk.
They had 7 or 8 children, and lived in Fort Beaufort in 1917.
1) Albert Martin b.1915
2) Doris??
3) Sylvia b.1917, d.1978
4) Francis b.1921
5) Pauline b.1924
6) Valerie
7) Marlene
8) Norma ???
Both Willaim and Ann died probably in the 1970's sometime - William
in Pretoria, Ann in Johannesburg.
I need dates of birth, marriage, arrival in South Africa, etc.

It would be great to come across some leads.
