Following the original post from Nelleke de Krijger to the list I received
the following
message for those of you who may be interested. I spoke to Francois and he
would be happy to receive any firm commitments from people to obtain a copy
of this book.

I have seen the original book at the HSRC and in my opinion it is a
valuable reference book.
