Greetings to all and sundry

I have a slight problem in that I am losing money on the postage of
the book to non-South African addresses. Having asked R20 to cover
this, I must now request R25, making a total cost of R55.00. For
South African addresses, the cost remains at a total of R40.00, until
our beloved post office feels impelled to elevate the postage yet
again.
