This book (second edition 1994) may be ordered directly from the
publishers, Historical Society of Kimberley and the Northern Cape at P.O.
Box 316, Kimberley, 8300 - and it will cost you a little less! The
Historical Society has published several other volumes, with Louis Cohen's
Reminiscences of Kimberley (1911 - facsimile reprint) still in print.
