I am looking for any information regarding my father's family in or around
Kiev,Ukraine.
My father arrived in New York in March,1914 (no record exists in
Ellisislandrecords). He was born in Kiev, March,1899. His birth name was
Oswej Margulis,he adopted the name Sam when he arrived.. He was one of 13
siblings but the only one to emigrate to the US. His father's name was Leon
and his mother's maiden name was Meriam Levitsky.
