Penmore falls in district 7 of Kilninian and Kilmore. It is described in
the 1841 census as "From Drimgigha on the East to Langumil on the West
comprising the farm of Penmore." From Jo Currie's map in "Mull place names
for ancestor hunters" Penmore appears closest to Dervaig &Kilmore. Jean
