Brigman, Jennifer

LATTA -Jennifer Dawn Wilkes Brigman, 31, died Tuesday March 8, 2005 at
McLeod Medical Center-Dillon from injuries received in an automobile
accident.

She was born January 3, 1974, a daughter of James Wilkes and the late
Frances Mishoe Wilkes. She was a member of East Marlboro Baptist Church. She
graduated from the Marlboro County Schools and studied cosmetology at Chris
Logan. She was co-owner of the Talk and Tan store in Marion and had worked
with Alltel retail stores for the past ten years. In its first year of
operation, Talk and Tan received an award from the Penny Saver for being the
Best Cell Phone Provider in Marion County.

Surviving is her husband, Jesse James Brigman III, of the home; daughter,
Madison Elizabeth Brigman, also of the home; father, James Wilkes, of
Blenheim; sister, Robin Wilkes Turner and husband, Bryan, of Latta; niece,
Cydney Turner, of Latta; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2005 at Latta United
Methodist Church with burial in Magnolia Cemetery directed by Kannadays
Funeral Home of Latta.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on
Thursday, March 10, 2005.

Memorials may be made to the Latta Rescue Squad, 107 West Bamberg Street,
Latta, S.C. 29565.
