Rowell, James

MARION-Mr. James Clifton Zeb Rowell, 82, died Friday, September 10, 2004, in
Marion Nursing Center near Rains after an illness. A graveside service will
be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, September 13, at Terrells Bay Cemetery,
directed by Richardson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from
12:30-1:30 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Rowell was born in Marion, a son of the late Joseph Valentine Rowell and
Elizabeth Shelley Rowell. He is also predeceased by his wife, Nancy Rowell;
son, James Jimmy Rowell; daughter, Elspye R. Yelverton; two sisters, and
nine brothers. Mr. Rowell was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church. He
was retired from the Railroad.

Mr. Rowell is survived by a sister, Mary Alice Brown of Chattanooga, TN; two
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
