This is "mostly" true, but there are Equivalents for many names. Just think
of all the variations on John. Johann, Hans, Evan, Ian, Sean, Eoin,
Giovanni, Gianni, Ivan, João, Jean, and I am sure that I've left of one
European Country or another.
