Hello Jonny,
The National Library of South Africa has microfilms of a publication called
Cape of Good Hope & Port Natal Shipping and Mercantile Gazette which may be
of assistance with your passenger list research. The physical address of
the library - according to their website
http://www.nlsa.ac.za/contact.htmlis - is situated at 5 Queen Victoria
Street, Cape Town.
